Substitutions and cancellation
If you are unable to take up a confirmed place on a course you should inform us as soon as possible. If the place cannot be filled the following range of cancellation fees will apply:
Notification one month before first day of delivery – no charge
Notification two weeks before first day of delivery – 50% refund
Notification less than one week before first day of delivery – 25% refund
If you wish to send a substitute please inform us beforehand. There is no charge for this.
We endeavour not to cancel courses but reserve the right, in exceptional circumstances, to cancel and exclude any liability for any loss or expense that may arise from the cancellation.
